Koncepta provides concept art, illustration, character creation, architectural mockups, and an array of artistic and creative services, including producing expert-level artwork using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Concept Art

I am passionate about designing environments, scenes, and objects with creative details that cohesively follow themes and motifs.

Painting & Illustration

Flow and framing are the key to my process when I draw so I can guide the viewer to effortlessly discern the most important details.

Character Design

My goal is to tell the story of the character by including cues about their personality in their clothing, hairstyle, stance, & expression.

I started Koncepta to listen to your desires and wishes and then draw from the heart. My philosophy is simple: You explain it, and I’ll make sure it becomes a reality. I love putting my talents to work in the service of creating outstanding art and always bring my full enthusiasm to everything I draw.

I have a unique background: Fluent in both English and German, I was born and raised in Africa (Namibia), attended universities in Singapore and Panama, have explored Europe, and am married to a photographer from America. I have worked for clients on six continents (still hoping for Antarctica!), giving me a cosmopolitan worldview that brings a fresh perspective to any project.

From theme parks to games, weapons, characters, and cartoons, I’ve created hundreds of unique and useful artistic designs for businesses, clients, and personal projects. I can hand-draw with pencil, pen, or paint, and am extremely proficient in creating in digital artworks with Adobe Creative Cloud—especially with Photoshop.
